Most Level 2 EVSE devices available for home use appear to be designed to automatically resume charging following a power failure if a vehicle remains attached. I have a situation where this is undesirable. Is anyone aware of a current L2 charger in which this feature is either absent or can be disabled? I'd like to require manual action before charging resumes.
