Can you please provide a reference for this? I'm no FCV fan nor am I an H2 evangelist, but I haven't been able to find any documentation for such a law anywhere on the web. I can't even find a reference to ventilation requirements, although that would certainly make sense. Most of what I find that discusses hydrogen vehicle safety matters is fairly old - twelve years ago and earlier - and seems somewhat speculative.
