I think Andreas is going to attend FOSDEM and he knows a lot about
PostgreSQL. You might know each other from the German Perl Workshop in
Frankfurt where Andreas gave an extended talk (3 hrs) about PostgreSQL
with Perl.
Maybe you can talk to each other about FOSDEM...
