a couple of afterthoughts
--- tell them that there is an unbeatably good video on a full fledged
ost event (16 hours spread over three days) "U.S. West Open Space",
almost 3 decades ago, with interviews of participants as they arrive,
interviews during, interviews at the end and interviews a few weeks
after everyone returned to their workplaces, always the same persons
interviewed)... a professional production with HO facilitating and I
think Peggy was there, too,
--- tell them that the event in Bilbao is a gathering of facilitators
and others involved in ost, hopefully also some clients/sponsors, the
students from the Netherlands etc.... and that it is an event of only 2
days and that there are no next meetings in the traditional sense, and
if there would be some that they would need to go to them weeks later
--- and see to it that every participant at the Bilbao gathering agrees
to be filmed and interviews are voluntary
