Hi Michael,

I'm very grateful that you've voiced this. I notice most facilitators I encounter and support have defaulted to "correcting" the English grammar to say "Whoever comes are the right people." Your wisdom conveys how important it is to invite a singular UNITY. A people. The individuals who show up have more focus, like a laser, when they come with that perspective. Whoever comes, is the right people.

(remember: "Whoever comes, IS the right people". The singular "is" allowing for various individuals  and "a people", meaning the collective)
