Sanity is not a common property of crowds, we are not considering "wisdom" but actual observer behaviors of humans in large groups. If we define "wise" behavior that which does not generate higher entropy in its environment, crows, more often than not, tend to not be wise. If an AI where to emerge from the interactions of many computers, would it be expected to be "sane"? What is sanity anyway? Another question is: Would AI have a view of the universe that can be matched up with ours? If not, how would we expect it to "see the world" that it interacts with? Our worlds and that of AI may be disjoint!
