Lobbying? OK. Financial lobbying: that should be forbidden. And
fake lobbying (like it is obvious in the petrol/cannabis file)
should be punished.

a concerned interest.
All such expertize have concluded that cannabis is far less danegrous
than alcohol. Even those commanded by people wanting the prohibition,
who unfortunately, dismissed the conclusion, and nominated special
governemental studies, published in special affiliated journals or
technical reports.
Cannabis is not a complex subject, like the change of climate and the
human responsibility. In the case of cannabis, no scientists studying
the plant have come to a conclusion that it is dangerous, compared to
alcohol, or even water. The danger of cannabis is like the danger of
martian. There are just not even one evidence. It is a complete set up
to avoid competition, and eventually to create black markets and
underground economy bypassing all possible regulations.
