I have a couple of close relatives with whom I practise this, in one case because of the huge row that resulted last time we pointed out a few of the many absurdities in her adopted position. This hasn't made us respect her position more - quite the reverse - but I don't want to upset her. However, I feel that I should be able to say what I like to open minded people.
