No, I wouldn't fear death even then. I might worry about the possibility of pain. I might worry about the injustice and arbitrariness of it all. But mostly I would be concerned for those who depend on me here and now. The degree of this concern would depend on my age when this happens, the number of those dependants, and their degree of dependency.
