I would say no. Just many interesting hints though. Then with mechanism, you need to derive the wave/matrix as well, and the symmetries, from any universal machinery phi_i. All the rest is given by Gauge invariance and our breaking of the symmetries. I am (re)reading what Weinberg says about all this, but his conclusion is that quantum mechanics could be simply wrong, and just a symptom of a deeper theory, which it should with Indexical Digital Mechanism.
