No, but it means flying is a physical process, not an quale of birds.
Nobody moves the goalpost of intelligence anywhere. Intelligence is
what has always been: the ability to bring new qualia into existence
out of nothing.
It is only "out of nothing" because you /*postulate*/ that there is
nothing else but qualia.?? Everybody else infers that they don't come
from nothing, they come from a mind independent world and that's why
there are consistent patterns in them that we can't change by an
exercise of "free will".?? So far that theory has been very successful.??
