I totally agree with Feyerabend, except I would have said that deducing an ontology, and taking it for granted (dogma) is the pseudo-religious trick. Science has never been separated from religion, as this is logically impossible, but indeed, science, when used to claim ontology becomes pseudo-religion, and pseudo-science. The only problem is that Feyerabend seemed to believe in the ontology of matter, in some of his text, and so fall in the trap that he described here.
