If you have a reference where Nietzsche said that, I’m interested. 

Of course I disagree. The Unique World Idea looks more like he Christian Sin of 
Pride, to me, and Plato created science by allowing himself to doubt the 
animal’s criterion of reality (I can smell, see, touch … it). That’s how both 
mathematics, physics, and eventually mathematical logic are born.
