Nothing gets "stuck", no branch of the multiverse has a unique status. One Brent Meeker sees the coin come up heads, and an identical Brent Meeker sees the coin come up tails. Before the flip and before the split Brent Meeker can't be certain what he will see the coin do so he must resort to probability. After the flip I don't know if either Brent Meeker is "stuck" because I don't know what you mean.
