You may be correct, but so many the world over, leaders, seemed to be
comprehendible to BF Skinner, or  Pavlov.
Their publics are amendable too. I am quoting former Sec of State under Bush
41, James Baker the 3rd, Oil Exec and House of Ibn Saud pal, when he stated:
"Bribe the Bastards." Baker also once said, "Fuck the Jews," which is sometimes
understandable, but generally not during his reign in the State Department.
In other words, because somebody is a nasty piece of work, doesn't mean one
should fore-go a learning opportunity.
When I say bribe it need not be a Cash Payment JC. For me, and possibly
yourself, it could be a massive R&D project, to you yourself might
find....irresistible?  Now, if I, a vile Trump voter came down on say,
perfecting cryonics to extend and secure a better quality of life for all.
would you object? To be more precise, I propose a 50 billion dollar baseline
funding over 6 years, uniting teams of biologists and chemists across the globe
to secure extended lifespans as well as better health.
I also propose boosts in the implementation of renewable energy and molten salt
reactors to power civilization forever. Again, the same financial model to
boost technological achievement in a short time. Throw billions in cash as well
as hired scientists and engineers to actually....achieve he goal. Nothing
half-assed. Looking back, on the cryonics thing, I add 10 billion for
developing into an industry, Tissue engineering, to successfully grow and
install all organs, muscles, bones, nerves. Medical computing the same,
artifical limbs that function superbly.
So is my evil plan JC, capitalist or socialist? Who cares, the main thing is
that it succeeds, and yes,  for the rich, provides a Return On Investment of
Taxpayer Cash. Why should the taxpayer also receive a kickback?
So is this Trumpkin so awful now? Maybe yes. Yet, as Comrade Stalin wrote, "We
are fellow travelers comrades."
Stalin ain't my hero, but like I stated earlier one can even learn a thing or
two from the bastards of the world...if one is not too proud?

Your worldview is childish, you believe all foreign relations, if not all human
interactions, can be explained by simply saying somebody got bribed.  Everybody
accepts bribes, except for you of course, but is that because you are
incorruptible or because nobody has bothered to make you an offer?

Actions like subverting the constitution and staging a coup d'état?
