Hi,
~/.evolution/local/folders.db also contains some cached information,
which can invoke such error message (and it's a replacement of an
old .ev-summary file - or some such). You will loose some things like
labels on messages, but try to delete (move elsewhere) the folders.db
file too, it may fix the issue for you.
