Work with end users and review/analyze existing documentation to document business system requirements and processes. . Facilitate and participate in business user and stakeholder meetings for requirement gathering sessions. This will include but not limited to the Forensic Investigation Center, Division of Criminal Justice Services, State Police & several areas within the Office of Information Technology Services (security, networking, workstation, architecture and database) . Develop, write, and maintain a comprehensive business requirements document which will include enhancements that may need to be made to the CHOP application to meet the business user needs . Work closely with the project manager to ensure timely deliverables. Skills Needed: . 60 Months of Experience in obtaining, understanding, and writing business, user and functional requirements, use cases, data and process models, workflows and technical documents with attention to detail. . 60 Months of Experience in working on technology projects supporting user applications and working with clients to identify system issues and improvements for functionality . 36 Months of Experience working with a Relational Database Management system. . 24 Months of Experience evaluating system software. . Business Analysis Professional Certification . Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Natural Sciences, or related field.
