Location: Albany, NY Duration: 12+ months Rate: $48/hr C2C/1099 The principal task will be to identify and document discrepancies between the two applications which provide data for the reports. Reporting the quantity and nature of these discrepancies will allow end-users to correct them, thereby improving the quality and usefulness of casework contacts reporting. The staff person will need to: . Maintain development of extensive modifications to the casework contact database . Assist in the technical design and construction of a datamart related to Federal Reporting . Modify and maintain COGNOS models . Write and maintain COGNOS reports . Utilize Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle Data Integrator and SPSS or related software for data extraction and analysis Skills Needed: . 48 Months of Experience in analysis related to doing Federal data reporting . 36 Months of Experience in SPSS doing analysis/reporting . 60 Months of Experience in analysis doing current business processes and data flow . 60 Months of Experience in re-engineering doing alternative system processes and data flow . 60 Months of Experience in doing data warehouse data mapping and data migration . 36 Months of Experience in performing Cognos administrative tasks, including creating and modifying Framework Manager models . 60 Months of Experience in ORACLE Data Warehouse Builder or related tools doing business analysis . 60 Months of Experience in Social Services doing database related work/analysis .
