You need to find and delete the .n2k file. That's the file that saves all
the info.
It's a hidden file in the users profile dir.

Subject: Auto Recall in outlook

Is there a way to erase the memory of the Auto-populate of names in Outlook.
We recently rebuilt the domain and changed domain names because of a company
we aquired. Now everyone who was on the old network (Despite my
instructions) is just using the names as they pop up for internal addresses
and they are getting the email returned as that domain no longer exits?
This is causing me about 20 extra support calls a day...AAAAAAAHHHHHH! I was
unable to find anything on Microsoft..probably because i'm not using the
right wording......

Thanks for the help.

Todd
