A lot of that depends on how your current NT4 Domains look and how the AD domain(s) will be organized. More info is required though this sounds like a consulting engagement.

After much googling, I'm can't find much about moving a Exchange 5.5 server to an AD domain without a Exchange 2000/2003 migration involved. I feel by us doing this we are going to be creating double the amount of work for ourselves just to get rid of an NT4.0 domain before we are allowed to migrate to E2K. Anybody have any ideas on what problems we might encounter and/or make for ourselves and the level of effort involved?
