That information is lacking because the feature is not available as far as I
know.  You're going to want to start looking at Exmerge or a third-party
product.

Good Morning All,
 
We will be migrating from 5.5 to 2000 next month which is pretty
straightforward.  The caveat with our company since we have a parent company
is becoming a site in their organization during the upgrade process.  Having
a tough time finding info on becoming a site in a different organization
during the build out of the first Exchange2K server and being able to still
use the move mailbox method to migrating.
