We currently have a root tree in our parent companies AD forest. They are already at Exchange 2000 while we are at 5.5. They want us to migrate to Exchange 2k primarily for address book and calendaring functionality. I would have to bring up a new Exchange 2K server in their Org and then exmerge out the mailboxes from 5.5 to our Exchange 2K servers in their Org? No way to use Move Mailbox method between different orgs? This process of joining their organization is starting to worry me because I cannot find any information on this type of move.
