All, We need to restore a public store from backup without overwriting what is already resident in our public folders. I was thinking about setting up a recovery server within our organization and just re-direct the restore job to this recovery server. I know in some of the white papers it suggest that you create a separate AD for the recovery server for mailboxes. But this is for public folders. Will I be able to do this, since it's public folders? Or am I just going to have to break down and create a separate AD?
