I use it here(MS virtual PC) it's very cool and perfect for testing, with the hardware that you have, you could run several VPC. I also use VMWare workstation it consumes less memory resource than MS.
The only minus point with MS-VPC, you can't run segregate network. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Paul Hutchings Sent: Thursday, March 04, 2004 11:35 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Microsoft/Connectix Virtual PC - Anyone use it for testing? Since I don't have the space or hardware for a test lab, but I do have a Dual Xeon 2.4, 1gb RAM workstation sat on my desk this kinda caught my eye! Does anyone here use it for testing/learning and if so what do you think? Any real plus points? Any real minus points? Any gotchas? We have a select agreement so I'll probably just buy a copy, but it'd be nice to get some other opinions..
