Thanks for the info guys.

The user in question wasn't complaining, she just wanted to know if she
could save those settings. It's more of "this would be a nice feature"
than "I am too lazy to do this each day".

I see what you're saying. I just don't think Outlook has the features
that you're looking for out of the box.

Are we getting that lazy when we have to do an extra mouse click to get
to something? That's not a directed at you....I'm just asking the
general public on this one.

I probably wasn't clear enough, she has rights to their mailboxes. Her
calendar and the two executive's calendars all appear in the pain on the
left. By default, only the Admin's calendar is displayed she has to
select the other two each day and and deselect her own.

She wants Outlook 2003 to display only the two executives and NOT her
own but Outlook doesn't "remember" the settings after she closes
Outlook.

The easiest way is to add to that admin's box the mailboxes that she
wants to view. By doing this go to the user she needs access to and
grant the user rights that she needs for only the calendar. That way
when she opens the mailboxes up she can only view the calendar of that
person's mailbox. If you need more detail just let me know.

Subject: Outlook 2003 Calendar question

One of our Admin Assistants has challenged me and thus far I have
failed. She wants Outlook 2003 to open two other user's calendars and
not her calendar by default. Every time she opens Outlook, she has to
check the two other calendars and un-check hers. For the life of me, I
cannot find a way to make this happen.

Any suggestions?
