I have additional folders from other mailboxes and Outlook 2002 "remembers" them fine. I have those mailboxes listed as additional mailboxes under my profile. Works like a charm.

Her calendar and the two executive's calendars all appear in the pain on the left. By default, only the Admin's calendar is displayed she has to select the other two each day and and deselect her own. By doing this go to the user she needs access to and grant the user rights that she needs for only the calendar. That way when she opens the mailboxes up she can only view the calendar of that person's mailbox.
