I did a Dig on my dns server and it told me that the MX records for
mcallenisd.net points to my mailserver- adminmaildmz.mcallenisd.net. In
Exchange Administrator, I added an SMTP record - [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
my user account along with the default one of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
When I send it something from an outside server, I get the following
error:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
(reason: 550 not local host mcallenisd.net, not a gateway)
----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to adminmaildmz.mcallenisd.net.:
>>> RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
<<< 550 not local host mcallenisd.net, not a gateway
550 5.1.1 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... User unknown

any ideas? Do I have to make some sort of change to the IMS?
