If you're using a relay in front of the Exchange 5.5 box, make sure it's setup to accept mail for the new domain. You can test this by telneting into the imail server sending a test mail. If you get a 55x error from that server, then you've found your problem.
telnet adminmaildmz.mcallenisd.net 25 helo "fqdn of machine you're on" mail from: <> rcpt to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] If you get a 55x error message, the imail server isn't setup to relay the mcallenisd.net domain. Is there any other place for me to check to make sure that the exchange server is even catching the mail and rejecting it?
