Basically an SMTP daemon that sits between your exchange server and the incoming mail. It listens on 25 and passes email to exchange on a new port you assign. Again, it just does DNSBL's, not filtering. Corvigo was way out of our budget, and my boss was not happy our test install of Brightmail, so we are back to the drawing board. I have seen posts to this list about the IhateSpamServer and SpamAssasin. I would like to know what is actually being used out there and how happy/unhappy people are with it. It is much more helpful than reading advertisements that all promise the world. So if you wouldn't mind givng a shout out for your AntiSpam software, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
