Bad idea, IMO.  RBL checks and SMTP time spam/virus rejection becomes
difficult to damn near impossible in this setup (you'd be sticking the ISP
with your bounces, with no guarantee they'll get back to the actual sender).
Plus, most spam senders will try your higher MXs first, assuming they won't
have the same level of spam controls that primary MXs do.  In this case,
they'd be correct.

Take Paul's advice.  If your primary MX goes down, it goes down.  SMTP is
designed to deal with this, and most mail servers will retry for several
days before giving up.
