Ok...do an rDNS on my internal exchange server IP address? Or actually the IP address from my ISP I use for mail?

Sending and receiving machines are different more often than not. Total insanity. However, I do not think that is what they are blocking on. Look at the IP for your sending machine. Do an rDNS on it. Does that match what your machine announces in the HELO? I bet it does not, and that is what they are rejecting on. The RFC's suggest reverse DNS match the HELO, but say that rejecting email based upon it should not be done. But many people are doing it, including AOL. I think it is bad, but it is their machine. I have one guy that's blocking e-mails from my domain. Situation I have is the following: - E-mail is being received on one IP address from my ISP, but when mail leaves my exchange server it shows that it is coming from another IP address that I own from my ISP. So when they do a reverse DNS lookup, the IP addresses don't match up, and hence their rule blocks my mail.
