Well, THAT's an ugly error. Is this an entirely new installation that never worked or was it working before and stopped? You might check KB 325923 and see if it applies to your system. It looks like your users are added to exchange OK. Can you log in as a user, set up a profile, and send/receive mail? If it's a fresh install, take a look at your setup log and see if anything looks amiss. Check out http://blogs.msdn.com/exchange/archive/2004/04/07/109445.aspx For some info on how to parse that log properly. Googling "exchange server setup log" will also help with that. If it's a previously working system that has quit, what changed?...
