I also did forestprep and domainprep. When I go to exchange system manager and hit the notifications and status and click on the status folder it gives me an "unexpected error occurred ID no. 8000ffff" and my organization name looks like this 33D56-FF5567-GGHF-445566 because during setup it never asked me for the organization name.
