What would I do? I would call PSS and open a ticket with them. Maybe I would bring up another server and move the mailboxes over to it and that way I could service the good server while not interrupting the users.

Turning things on their head slighty, what would you do if you were me, i.e the server's been fine for the last year and a bit, backups with verification are done (and still are) every night with no warnings/errors logged and then these errors jump out in a little cluster 10 minutes apart? I'm thinking would it be suicidal to take the "wait and see" approach for a short while?
