Thanks Martin and everyone else so far.

I'm thinking that were I to call PSS they would first suggest disable the
AV, then to run ISINTEG (since this is what Technet suggests for those
errors), does that seem a sensible assumption?

We're a monday-friday shop, and whilst a few people work weekends I wouldn't
say that email is vital, but naturally I'd like to keep the downtime to a
minimum.

It wouldn't take overly long to bring down the IS and copy the database file
to another machine, probably my workstation and then running isinteg - do
you see any flaws in trying that first to see what it comes back with or is
it just a waste of time?

I don't really have anything of a meaty enough spec/capacity to move
everyone, maybe with a little playing, but there'd be minimal/no redundancy.
