I've been running 5.0 now for about 6 months and evaluated 4.2 prior to that and have been very pleased. They don't write any drivers. They use built in API's provided by the OS and or the application to properly backup the data. Tape management and multiple copies (secondary copies) for DR is full featured. Support when needed has been very good. IMHO nobody does it better. Oh yeah it restores too. Jim Moore
