Websense. Lock it down tight. Let users know that their manager and our CEO need to approve unblocking any websites. Dropped 85% of our web traffic in a week. No fresh spyware since we did it... :-) Spybot and Ad-adware work well for cleanup, but not as well proactively, IMO...
