One thing that will help is to get the special "HOSTS" file from spybot that routes many known adware sites to 127.0.0.1 (this points back to the local machine and keeps the pc from contacting adware sites). If you can put that HOSTS file on your DNS server (rather than having to put it on each PC) you can block a lot of adware that way.
