We have a number of shared email addresses for general inquiries.
Something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] These are set up as
distribution lists in Exchange 2003. The problem is, there doesn't seem
to be any way to see if someone else on the particular distribution list
has responded to the message. It doesn't appear that public folders are
a solution, as they don't maintain responses, etc. What is the best way
to track if a message sent to a distribution list has been responded to?

Thanks,
Erick
