Regarding my question about the problem in getting Exchange 2003's
System Manager (SP1) running reliably on a Windows XP Pro box that has
Outlook 2003 installed, Ed Crowley replied:

Thanks for the reply, Ed. Terminal Services is also OK for a while, but then
I get the disappearing cursor problem after a few minutes, and I have to
basically do the same thing - shut down Terminal Services and start it up
again, *sigh*. I guess I just need to suck it up and deal, until somebody
fixes either problem!
