There's a nice little add-on that is designed for reporting spam, but also
has most of the features you want... it's called SpamDeputy. It will let you
view the entire message, including headers. From there you can cut/paste.
It'll also easily let you report spam (which is really what it was designed
for, in the first place..)

Technically I think it is Outlook that is doing that. Only thing that
has worked for me is to either cut and paste the headers in the fowarded
message or start a new message and drag and drop the message you want to
'forward' into the new message and send it.
