I am getting a lots of 

[CAT] Failed to login to ARCserveIT database.(EC=-2005) in the Activity Log

and

The Database Engine keep shutting off after the backup with a DrWatson error


Cannot Open DrWatson Log File
Windows NT Error Code = 3


any idea how to fix this?

What kinds of issues are you having with the Arcserve?  I don't much like
it, but I'm stuck with it here since they bought it before they hired me,
and I've gotten reasonably competent with it, including the Exchange-aware
module.
