Some configuration has to be typed in, can't just go and click on this and that to get something backed up. Very UNIX-like.

Networker is IMHO overly complicated and somewhat of a pain, BUT it has never let me down when restoring data. It may take some effort to get things backed up, but if Legato says its backed up, you can get it back. The Exchange module seems to be solid.
