We recently upgraded from 5.5 to 2003 both O/S and Exchange. Everything seemed 
to be working until one remote user stopped getting transfers in cache mode. 
Exchange does not update any folders. If I do a send/receive all after 5 
minutes I get and error. (exchange is unavailable). I can set up a new account 
on the same laptop and it works great. I tried deleting the users profile and 
setting it up again, I deleted his mailbox and set it up again. Everyone else 
seems to work fine except this one person. I know the solution is in front of 
me I just canât see it. We do use a firewall but since everyone else can get 
to Exchange and I get no denied logs on it I donât think it is that. I have 
checked his setups and all the functions are enabled.

Any Help would be great.
