Excuse the cross post... Using GFIMail was suggested but I want to see if I can get this working;
I am trying to use KB Article 317680 to add a disclaimer to all outgoing email. Our setup is three Exchange 2K3 servers all running on W2K3. Two of the servers use the other as a Smart Host. My first question is, when registering the event sink it says to use the following command; cscript smtpreg.vbs /add 1 onarrival SMTPScriptingHost CDO.SS_SMTPOnArrivalSink "mail [EMAIL PROTECTED]" cscript smtpreg.vbs /setprop 1 onarrival SMTPScriptingHost Sink ScriptName "C:\EventSinkScript.vbs" 1) I assume I am supposed to replace "your-domain-here" with our domain name. This may seem obvious, but something like this is usually followed with "Replace 'your-domain-here' with your own domain" and it doesn't say that. 2) Will this need to be done on all Exchange servers?
