My apologies. Running the ADC tools must have worked and I didn't wait long enough. It's now matched.

There are no other accounts with this users attributes and there are no disabled accounts with this users exchange attributes. Is there a way to sync up just the one account? I've tried running ADC tools to see if it would find them but it didn't. I'm thinking of deleting the 5.5 mailbox and re-creating it so it tries to match up the Primary NT account to the active AD account. Is there another way?
