Hi All, We have a customer running Exchange Server 2003 on Windows Server 2003. Everything is fine for the most part, but some or possibly all users do not see changes on the server until they go to another folder, and then back to the original folder.
For example, a user has their outlook open to the inbox. I send them an email, and unless they click send/recieve OR go to another folder in their mailbox, they will be blissfully unaware that they have new mail. If for some reason they just minimized outlook for the whole day and expected to be notified of new mail, then they would never know they were recieving mail since the Outlook client will not tell them. Does anyone know what might be causing this or where I can begin troubleshooting? The desktop clients are almost entirely Office/Outlook XP. Thanks. _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Web Interface: http://intm-dl.sparklist.com/read/?forum=exchange To subscribe: http://e-newsletters.internet.com/discussionlists.html/ To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe via postal mail, please contact us at: Jupitermedia Corp.
