I haven't used it, but had it demoed a few times. Commvault stresses that their mailbox-level backup is not the same thing as a brick-level backup.

Up until now I've relied on NT Backup to dump an online store backup to disk, that gets streamed to tape. We use Commvault Galaxy and I'm just looking at some of the sales blurb on their Exchange 2003 agent. I was always led to believe that bricks level mailbox backups are a waste of time if you follow the "Ed Crowley Never Restore" method. Anyone already using it who can offer an opinion?
