The main reason we're going to go with HTML is that plain text does not work
with international characters (e.g, Japanese) and most web mail systems. In
particular, yahoo will not display plain text Japanese messages, no matter what
encoding is used. For Japanese and Yahoo, it's HTML or nothing. And Yahoo.jp is
a very popular server in Japan.
