Exchange 5.5, Outlook 2003. User's network profile was corrupt and it was
preventing her from logging into an application. Yesterday afternoon, I
renamed her old network account and created a new network account named the
same thing as her previous account was before I renamed it. i.e. I renamed
"user" to "user-old" in User Administrator and created a NEW account named
"user". I associated her email account with another user, then associated it
back to her new "user" account.

Now, whenever she tries to log in, it asks for a username and password, but
it won't accept her username and password. I've turned up logging on the
server she's on and I can't find anything that even indicates that she's
TRYING to log in.

If I, as the network admin, enter my username and password, it shows up that
I have logged onto her mailbox, when I'm not the primary user, but the event
log doesn't show any attempt by HER to log in.

What am I missing, and how do I fix it, please? For the record, I waited
over the minimum 2 hours to try again. :-)
        Thanks
        John
